Join us for the 11th Annual Guardianship Forum! Parents, caregivers, and professionals are invited to learn more about the complex facets of legal guardianship and supported decision making. The forum is sponsored by Easter Seals Arc of Northeast Indiana, Volunteer Lawyer Program of Northeast Indiana, and the Northeast Indiana Allen County Guardianship Council.
The panel will include Magistrate Phillip Houk, who oversees guardianship in Allen County; Attorney Tracy Troyer, who helps many parents and caregivers establish a guardianship; and representatives from Aging & In-Home Services and the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services (BDDS).
This conference will be held on Thursday, September 26 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. It will be held at the Allen County Public Library, downtown branch, 900 Library Plaza, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46802 in meeting room A.
