Our Response to COVID-19

Our clients’ safety and well-being is our top priority. At this time, our office will remain open during normal business hours. Our workflow will not slow down and we will continue caring for your important legal matters. However, our doors are closed to the public effective March 18, 2020.
What Does This Mean For You?
All current and future appointments will be held virtually until May 15, 2020. (Please note this date may change in accordance with local mandates.) If you have a smartphone or computer with webcam, we will meet with you over video. We use Lifesize™ to hold video conferences. This program requires no downloads or sign-ins. You will receive a unique link for your meeting prior to your appointment. Simply click the link at the time of your appointment and you will be connected with the attorney.
If you do not have access to a smartphone or webcam, our attorneys can meet with you over the phone instead. The attorney will call your phone number at the time of your appointment. We will discuss your individual circumstances and provide our legal analysis in a straightforward manner.
If you have an existing appointment with our office prior to May 15 (and have not already been contacted), please call our office or send us a message whether you'd prefer a video or telephone conference.
If you need to provide our office with documents, please send them to our office via email (call for email) or fax (260-440-3242). If you are unable to use either of these options, you may put the documents in the drop box next to our front door. Please let our office know via phone call or email if you have placed any documents in the drop box.
Our goal is to continue serving our clients during these uncertain times. We thank you for cooperating with us in this new protocol. As the situation continues to evolve, we will update you with any new changes to our office that may affect you.
